My Story
I have been active my entire life, growing up on a horse farm and playing sports. In 1994 I became an aerobics instructor at a local gym.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science Emphasis at UW-Eau Claire in 2002. I took my board certification exam at St. Scholastica in Duluth the following year, earning the title Exercise Physiologist Certified thru the American Society of Exercise Physiologists.
Since 2003, I have been employed by Marshfield Medical Center-Rice Lake in the Cardiac Rehab Department currently as the Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist-Coordinator. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Pilates Instructor. I have been active in community wellness leading group fitness classes for seniors.
I started running while in college and have currently run 12 Marathons. In 2022 Kim Graff convinced me to walk through the door into 4Ever Fit. I am happy to be a member of the 4Ever Fit family and now I am starting a new chapter as a Group Class Instructor.
