We make freezing (or temporarily suspending) your membership painless. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your request. Your billing will be suspended for the duration of the 2-week freeze. The billing will automatically resume once the freeze period has ended. Any suspended payments will be added onto the initial term of your agreement, extending the Membership term by the length of the freeze. Here are the details for freezing:
1 Year Memberships: You may take advantage of up to 2 complimentary freezes during the term of your agreement. Each freeze will be for one 2-week billing cycle.
Month to Month Memberships: Month to Month agreements may freeze their membership up to once every twelve months. The freeze will be for one 2 week billing cycle, at a reduced rate of $10 per week.
Medical Freezing: Medical freezes are always complimentary if you provide a note from your doctor detailing the medical necessity of the freeze. The length of a medical freeze will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Account Balances and Freezes: Members with an outstanding account balance may not freeze their account until balances are paid.
