My Story
Running has been a passion of mine since my early 30’s. I have this crazy dream to run a 5K when I turn 95! (It’s good to have goals, right?)
Running has been my main exercise to stay in shape and reduce the stress in my life for a very long time.
I realized though, that the older I became running alone was not giving me the results I was looking for. I wanted to see more muscle definition. I also noticed my hips and knees were started to feel the effects of running all those miles. I attempted to take various workout classes here and there, but struggled to find a place that kept me motivated to stay consistent.

In 2019, a friend invited me to join her gym during a free trial week. Little did I know that when I walked through those doors, not only would I become a member of 4Ever Fit, but it would become a fitness family that I cannot imagine living without. 4Ever Fit impacts my overall health in so many ways. I feel stronger. My running aches and pains are no longer concerning issues. My mental and emotional wellbeing has also improved from the friendships and sense of belonging I have gained since joining.

As I grow older, I see my crazy dream becoming more and more of a reality. I want to be a positive role model for my children and for others. I want others to feel the same excitement I do for 4Ever Fit. This place is truly LIFE CHANGING!
A huge thank you to Tony for seeing the potential in me and providing me with the courage to start this exciting journey. You never know where life will lead you. All I can say is I am glad to have a friend who cared enough to invite me and thankful I was brave enough to walk through the door.
